Lease's??

I have a lease with an apartment but I am buying a house is there any way to break a lease to buy a house??

Unless there is a specific provision in your lease to allow you to terminate early to buy a house you will be liable for damages if you break your lease. The amount of damages is generally the months the apartment remains unrented plus any rent difference for the remainder of the term if your landlord rents the unit to another tenant for less than what you were paying. I would suggest you discuss this with your landlord to see if perhaps they would let you out of the lease early. If you provide an early enough notice, the landlord may be able to re-rent without either party suffering any damages.
