Do I get a rental reduction during contruction to my apartment ?

My landlord is enlarging my bathroom and adding a room onto my apartment . I have a 6 month old and 4 yr old and i would like to know what rights I have during the construction , like rental reduction or relocation during the contruction ?

If the repairs interfere with your ability to use the entire premises then the landlord should either reduce rent or move you into a hotel until the construction no longer intereferes.
