The Lawyer either needs to be admitted here by applying to practice law in MA and passing the Bar or if it is a single case, he needs to file a Motion Pro Hac Vitae to be allowed to practice in a particular case in MA. He will need a MA LAwyer to sponsor his Motion as well.
