harrassment
I am being harrassed by an ex-boyfriend. he calls my cell phone incessantly (49 times one night) and sends me text messages and leaves voicemails. Is there a way i can get an electronic restraining order, or something else that will force him to not contact me?

You may be the victim of Criminal Harassment under Massachusetts's "Sandy's law". There may be something you can do, but you should speak with an attorney if you are able.
