Legal Question in Social Security Law in Massachusetts

I applied for SDI 15 months ago and was accepted in the sysem,but have not recieved my arrears payment. My attourney was payed his portion of the monies in Jan,2010.I cant seem to get any answers from anyone!

You should go directly to SS office and speak with someone. Generally the money comes from another state (usually MD for MA residence) and ultimately your attorney should be making calls to the MD headquarters as to the reason for the delay.
