Legal Question in Traffic Law in Massachusetts
If my neighbor forges traffic signs in Boston, Ma like "No standing' in order to deprive people of parking on a public street so that he can have people working on his house monopolize the public parking spots, what crime is that? Is it Federal? Or State law he is breaking? Or Both? Specific statues or leading me in the right direction would be great as myself & neaighbors wish to write him a letter asking him to stop & referecing a specific law would be of great benefit to our letter.
