contesting a will

what is the statute of limitation for contesting a will in the state of Massachusetts and how would we find a deceased copy of the will?

When someone in MA has a Will and passes away, the Will is probated in the county in which the deceased lived and the Will must be filed with the Probate Court for that county.

All claims against an estate should be filed within one year of the opening of the estate.
