Re: will.

I am sorry for the loss of your grandmother.

If the will has been probated, you may go to the Probate Court and review the file. If the will was never signed, then it has no legal effecct and would not be accepted for probate by the court.

I'm not sure the relevance of the fact that either your aunt and uncle were your grandmother's attorney-in-fact. The powers granted by a power of attorney terminated upon your grandmother's death.

Feel free to contact my office should you have any further questions.

Re: will.

My condolences on your loss of your Grandmother.

An unsigned Will is of no effect and would not have been accepted by the Probate Court for Probate.

If the Will was signed and has been filed in the Probate Court for the county where your grandmother last resided, you may view and obtain a copy of the Will there and get a copy of the inventory which must be filed listing all assets in the estate for which the executor is liable to account.

You also may obtain the above documents by requesting them from the executor or their attorney, and may retain your own attorney to challenge anything you believe is out of the ordinary in the administration of her estate.

Good Luck!
