I own a home. Mt boyfriend and I have a child If I die before thw child is of age, what happens to my house?

Absent a Will, a court will have your home put in trust for your child. It is most likely that your boyfriend will be the Trustee, which may or may not be a good thing,

I would suggest you have a simple Will prepared so your child is protected in the event of your untimely death.
