Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Will

My father passed away 3 years and the will was probated and my sister was in charge of everything. In the will my father left me $100.00 which i never received. I have a copy of the will. My family and i do not talk. I have had the same job for 28 years so she knows where i work, so she can't say she can't find me. Can i sue her for this, is she in comtempt of the court.

yes, you may call the court and tell them you are an heir at law and that you never were given notice or a copy of the final accounting. You can represent yourself, ask the clerk to help you. You can give me a call and I will walk you throught the steps as well.
