Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico

Health concerns

Friend ordered to leave US, went back on his own to Mexico, been here for 18 years paid taxes, no trouble with the law, good community citizen, problem with green card after 911, has a problem with his heart. Not been able to have his medication sent to him from the US that his physcian prescribed. What does he need to do in order to receive his much needed medication, and what are the chances of him coming back here to live. What can he do to be able to come back to live in the US.He has had lawyers, followed the rules and the community and all his friends are very upset because he had to go back and other here are doing crimes and staying. Any suggestions of where to start. All comments will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What is the illness involved in this case? Can he work? Was his entrance to the USA definitively prohibited? Is he Mexican? Why was he ordered to leave the USA? Does he have family in the USA? Relatives?
