Can you include your back child support when you file for bankruptcy?

No. Child support and arrearages are NOT dischargeable in bankruptcy. The best you can hope for is to negotiate a rescheduling of payments, but the FOC is not required to go along with it. The benefit, though, is that your cash will be freed up to pay the child support.
