Rapidshare Copyrighten File Sharing
Hey, I was wondering if it is illegal to post links to copyrighten files that are hosted on rapidshare. I was thinking of starting a site with Sony PSP .cso files that are hosted on rapidshare, a site that accepts annoymous file uploading. The .csos are copyrighten files, so I was wondering if it is illegal to post links pointing to illegal files on rapidshare. The links would be posted on my page and the page would have no disclaimer of any type except ''if you are the owner of these files and wished to have them removed, contact rapidshare.'' Thanks for your time.

This is a complicated issue and the law is not always clear and is frequently changing. My firm is focused on Internet and entertainment law.
