Motorcycle
I sent a guy money {Check}for a motorcycle 2 weeks ago and he still will not let me pick up the bike. He say's the check still has not cleared according to his bank, Yet I called my bank and theyt say the check has cleared. Now he wont give me my money back or the bike. He keeps telling me it will be another week. What can I do if anything. I dont even have a sales agreement from him, as he's 2hrs away. Thaks Mike
