Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

credit card,,kindness,,,,

this is for my boyfriend,,he started a job,,, in aug 07 and ,, be friended his bos,, his boss needed some financial help,,so my bf,, let him use his credit card,, to help pay fines to get his drivers lisence,, and his boss then continued to use this credit card to pay bills and other stuff,, when he was told how much to use,,he racked the credit dard up to $13,000 , his name was a co,user on the card,,my boyfriend stopped him from adding any more,, then when his boss was fired,, and found another job,,, he no longer paid the bill and has changed his phone number so my bf could not call him,, he has missed 2 payments now,, at $450 a month , bringing this bill to $900 now,,my bf cannot pay this and is so depressed over what to do,, help,,please,,,i am in no wah financially able to help,,

Your boyfriend should sue his former boss in district court to collect the debt. When he wins the judgment, he can then ask for a creditor's examination and find out his bank to garnish his wages. It is a process and will take time, but it is likely the only way.
