Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I have a judgment against the builder for breaking the contract. The builder is ignoring the judge's order to pay my deposit back. Can I file a report with local police on this matter? Thanks.

It's not a crime to fail to pay a judgment. It's a civil matter unless the civil judge holds the defendant in contempt for disobeying a court order. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
