Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

being sued from a debt collector......got a letter saying they entered for default because of a no show on my part.....I never even rec a letter to got to court, only a summons to produce papers......what can i do

your failure to produce papers will lead the court for ex-parte proceedings. Approach court the reason of your failure
