Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I am an 18 year old girl who received an mip in march 2011. I got put on the michigan deferral program including 6 months probation, 2 hours court observation, 10 hours community service, and a class. I have completed the 10 hours of community service, however failed to attend the class on June 5. However, I received a second mip in may 2011. I called my PO and she informed me there is an online class I can complete but quickly changed word and said it was pointless to complete the rest of the program because of the violation. My court date for the second mip is june 15. Please help!!!!!!!!

You may want to have someone drive you to court on the 15th as you don't want to leave your car overnight in the parking lot after you're sentenced.
