I was arraigned with receiving and concealing not knowing the things were stolen. I went to my preliminary hearing and now I am being charged with conspiracy and home invasion only because the person who commited the crime is trying to say It was me even though he admited to doing this on the police report and I quote said I know what I have done was stupid. There is no evidence saying I went to that house how can this happen? Please I need an answer I'm 25 an have been in no trouble in 8 years and I feel the reason this is happening is because I cannot afford anything but a court appointed lawyer.
