Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was at my boyfriends cousin house one night playing cards and the cops raided it. i didnt have anything on me i was just playing cards. they gave me a loitering ticket should i have gotten that? and they gave me a bond of 300.00

Based on your description, I cannot figure out why you were charged. I see no basis for the charge. You should always fight bogus charges that cops drum up.
