Step 1: Hire an attorney quickly;

Step 2: Pay the attorney;

Step 3: Your attorney will voluntarily turn you in (looks good in front of the arraigning Judge/Mag);

Step 4: Then the warrant is recalled and your case starts.

Step 5: Thank your attorney if he got you a personal bond otherwise you're looking for a rough road ahead.
