Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
credit card fraud
daughter was charged with using a stolen credit card. She charged $132.00 on it then turned it in to service desk at store. She was arrested and released on PR. what kind of trouble is she looking at fines, jail time? Lawyer cant see her for a week.

This sounds like a court appointed lawyer. She doesn't have to settle for one of those. Try to hire a new lawyer to fight for her.
