csc in the 4th degree
a family friend has been charged with 2 counts of csc against my 14 yr old daughter. i was wondering what is the punsihment for this crime is.. I have heard he could possibily get probation out of this all, is that true?

There are 4 degrees of CSC, and they have different penalties ... including whether or not probation is allowed. So, without more information, we cannot give a helpful answer to your question.
Additionally, the case fact details, the past criminal records, etc. all have to be evaluated in light of the Felony Sentencing Guidelines ... the assigned trial judge's sententencing habits need to be evaluated ... etc. There is a lot of information that you have not given us, so a definite, firm answer is impossible at this point.
