Im in Michigan and being charged with two felonies for using my mons credit card. My mom told the judge I'm on drugs , I have never been on drugs and am not. The judge is sentencing me to 5 months inpatient rehab . I am loosing my job over it. How is this legal?? I'm not on drugs and have no criminal record

It would be a real stretch of imagination to believe a judge would sentence you to 5 months of inpatient rehab based only upon your mother's statements. Were you never drug tested?
