Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I had a panic attack. Girlfriend I live with calls 911, asks for emergency services. More than 4 officers arrive to find me in a fetal position under a table in the corner of the basement. I was taken, handcuffed, then hit. Bounced off of objects until upstairs at which point they broke a wooden/coffee table with my 120lb 5ft9in body.
I was off of my medication for over 5 days, and this is legally documented in court prior to the incident.
I was never offered mental health services, besides the usual suicide questions.
No one seems to be able to give me any advice. I'm being charged with Domestic Violence, and Assault R. O.
