Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Had a pending felony.for.over 3 years now for dangerous drugs had 2 pounds with a passenger I was driving. We were fingerprinted held.in jail for 26 hours then release no bail or arraignment and Parked my truck in there parking lot for me question is what do u think they will charge me with after 3 years

Your question is somewhat vague. If you have a 'pending' felony, then there is a warrant for your arrest and you should hire a good criminal defense attorney and turn yourself in immediately. It won't go away by ignoring it.
