Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
if a person is sentence 0-9 months and they serve six months in one county would they only have to serve 3 months in another county?

The judge in the second county must be convinced to give the person credit for the time served in the other county. Without more information, I cannot say if the credit will be given.
