I am on probation for retail fraud, I got on prohbation for this. My 2nd probation meeting was november 3rd. I thought it was on november 6th. i showed up on the 6th, and she said u missed it . u will recieve a letter in the mail. This is a violation of my probation. Does anyone know whats goinng to happen?? and i this is my first offfense.

Yes, it is up to the judge - you have good facts you showed up on the day you thought you were supposed to be there. That shows it was more an honest mistake. Get yourself a date book and start using it before you go before the judge!! And get an attorney. Good luck
