Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Ok, so I was in a relationship with a man that started in Jan. I immediately got pregnant, and we worked on starting a life together, or so I thought. After a few weeks, I got my tax refund and we purchased a van together (with my money) but put in his name. We purchased the van, because I had two kids from a previous relationship, and now we had another on the way-we needed the space. Secondly a laptop was purchased with my tax refund money as well, and consequently he put the laptop in his name. In Feb. he went to jail for domestic assault (on me.) He left and I had no one to watch my children, so I bargained the van as a way to have someone watch my kids. And rent was due and I had no rent money to pay for rent, so I took the laptop back and took money to pay for rent. A week later, we worked things out, and he came back. He is on lease for house that we moved into, and hasn't paid any rent since we moved in. He started watching my kids again and I paid him 100.00 a week to watch them (while we were still together) plus his half of rent and utilities and all of his food and necessities. He didn't have to pay for anything. I took care of everything. He complained about his laptop, so I went to rent a center and picked one up for him. We are no longer together a week today. He has filed criminal charges against me for stealing his property. The van he has gotten back, plus title and receipt. But I paid 2k for the van and a parking ticket on it in the amount of 70.00. He has the van in his posession. The charges are for the laptop. Tonight he tried to get me to pay him 100.00 and my give him my laptop for the cost to replace his. He valued at 400. What are my options at this point? Supposedly there will be a state trooper come to my home tomorrow, and I'm not sure if i'm going to be arrested or not.
