search warren siezure

my house was raided due to the drug selling tennants i had

living with me.now i find out one of the firearms that was

siezed was of an lllegal type.they were not home at the time of the raid,and i was not arrested.can i be charged wirh the illegal firearm?

If your tenants are in a different apartment / area of the house which has its own locked entrance and there is no indication that you live in this particular area, then you shouldn't be charged. On the other hand, if there isn't a clear demarcation between the area you live in and the area your tenants live in, you could be charged. Remember that you have a 5th amendment right against self incrimination. If you have anything to say to the police, it should be said by your attorney, not you. You may incriminate yourself.
