Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

i have warrant for my arrest for disordely conduct from another police department outside my city. i never leave my home nor my nor have i ever been in that city. It all started when i contracted a guy on craigslist to fix my computer. make a long story short he stole and never returned. I am disabled because of bi polar disorder and anxiety around public situations. so i dont like to leave my home. the police officer and me got in argument about how my side was civil matter when i had proof he stole with theft by deception. now since i aegued with him he got mad and put warrant out for me for disordely conduct. can he do this or am i right and this is a violation of my rights.
