Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

my daughter has a suspended drivers license in michigan. She was eligible to recieve the license and did all that was required to do so. While waiting for the hearing with sec of state, she got pulled over for picking up two friends that were too intoxicated to drive. she recieved driving in a suspended. She now has a court date and a date to appear before sec of state to get her license back. What should she do?
