at 17 i was in an accident while under the influence , charged with a dui. 6 years later last monday I was at home had a few drinks and was stupid and went the corner gas station made a wrong left turn into the gas station and was pulled over in the gas station and was arrested on a dui again what is going to happen

If you are convicted as charged of a 2d offense of operating while impaired, you could have your license revoked, with no chance for receiving it for at least a year, and face a potential sentence of up to one year.

This is a serious charge. But you may have a defense. I suggest that you call for more information.
