Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

Suspended License

My daughter had her driver's license suspended by the state of michigan. She just received a 2nd MIP. The last was 1 year ago. She was not driving in either case. The firs one, she was passenger. The most recent, she was ticketed in her own home. Can the state of michigan legally suspend her license for a non-driving alcohol related ticket.

Re: Suspended License

Yes the State can do that. However, there are ways to avoid that if you work out the right deal with the prosecutor on a guilty plea. Call me for questions 5862851700.
