Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

alimony and college tuition

My husband, who is a physician, divorced his first wife who is a physician. He felt guilty for the divorce so did not get any legal representation. He gave away the farm! So, here are the questions. He is required to pay her alimony until the year 2012, the divorce judgement states unmodifiable. It also says he must pay as long as she does not marry. She moved a guy into the house that lives with the four kids and her. Is there any landmark case in Michigan that could help us over turn this alimony??

Also, it states that we must pay one half of each of the four kids college tuition.If we went to court do we have any chance of showing cause that we have paid alimony, child support and since the alimony is to be paid until the twins are 21 years old that the mother who works and makes the exact salasy as we do could be soley responsible for college? Greetings; Another word for judgment is 'final'. Absent fraud or some other deficiency in the judgment, the terms can not be modified.
