Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

custody of granddaughter

Ive had my granddaughter for 3 months and my daughter does not see her or talk to her.Now she is getting help from the state and she dont buy diapers I do.She gets food stamps and dont help us with food for her.I dont want to report her because she is my daughter.They will take her(my granddaughter) and never let me see her again.They have threatened me with this before
