My divorce is final next week, however my spouse has moved 3 months ago and we already deviided property. Is my wife still entitled entry into the home or can I change the locks so she can't come into the home unless I'm present.

Unless there is a court order prohibiting her from using or entering the property or some agreement between you and your spouse, you should not change your locks.
