I need to know if my ex-wife can cancel the back child support that I owe. She is willing to erase all of the debt if at all possible, we just need to know how this could be acheived. My son is 21 years old and I am no longer obligated to pay child support.
I owe approximately $11,000.

She can agree as long as the money is owed to her and not the State of Michigan.
