grandparents rights

i have a 10 yr old granddaughter who i cant see because my daughter and me are not on speaking terms. she has done some bad things to my family my husbsnd was termily ill and she stoled his pain pills and also stoled my and my mothers jewlery. now she wont talk to me or any of my other childern. what can be done?

Nothing. Unfortunately, grandparents rights are only accessible when their child is deceased and the other family will not allow grandparents visitation with the grandchild. If the kids are alive, it is their sole choice to allow visits. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
