Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I'm having a hard time receiving my deceased husbands pension from GM because of our QDRO. They responded that I'm only entitled to half because of our "divorce"...we were not divorced.

If you are unable to get this cleared up with GM, the union might be able to help you. If not, you should consider meeting with an experienced QDRO attorney.
