My ex is trying to lower his child support. He was turned down by FOC and a referee. An order was entered 10/6/09 saying no. He had 21 days to object. He filed his objection 12/27/09. Shouldn't this be thrown out?

While it will likely be thrown out at some point, if the court accepts the pleadings and sets a court date, you will have to go and bring up this point.
