moving out of country

my divorce states niether parent can move more than 100 miles from present address in Michigan, my wife wants to move to Canada with new husband (he's Canadian) and take our daughter who she has physical custody of. my daughter is scared of wifes new husband and father-in-law. i sent ex-wife telling her about daughter being scared. she said she'll get a lawyer and get to take daughter over there weather i consent or not. can she do that?

She can ask the court for permission to move. You can have your attorney fight her request.

Your ex will have to go to the court to move. Otherwise, she'll be charged with contempt of court, parental kidnapping, etc. Do you want your child raised with the metric system or imperial gallons? Eh? William S. Stern
