Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Moving across state line after filing

I was married in 2005 had a baby in 2006. Havent been happy for a long time and recently filed for divorce. I want to move me and my daughtre back to my hometown in IA but her father put in an order to stop me from moving her out of 100 miles. I already told him that he could have her the first week of evey month and a weekend in between. She is 13 ,months old and i have been a stay at home mom with her since she was born. He is trying to take full custody and i already have a house, job, daycare, and schooling set up in IA. How long do i have to wait or what can i do in the courts to get an order letting us go to clinton and stay while the divorce process is going through. what do i have to take before the judge to get this to happen. I will come back for court and meet him halfway for visits with his daughter. hes jsut neevr been there always gone during the week working and then drinking all weekend with his friends. He doesnt knwo how to care for his daughter.
