Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Parenting Time Issue!

Facts: Final Judgement, we both have Joint Legal, Joint Physical; 1-Minor Son.

JOD Stipulations: ''Paternal grandmother will be the only child care provider'' (My Mother)

Ex Spouse repeatedly refuses to notify me when she is at work, who is taking care of my son, or taking him to school or picking him up.

School says that this statement in our JOD entitles her to do what she wants during her parenting time, even at work: ''All day to day routine decisions shall be made by the physical custodian''.

Can she transfer authority to a 3rd party, as if surrogates?

Can I pick up my son from school when her parents are there?

...Just because she wrote them a note?

Does this stipulation override the Day Care provision?

For the past 2 years, I have taken my son back to my house until she returns from work, during her parenting time.

Who has ''Parenting Time'' rights when she is at work and not physically present during parenting time?

Do I have right to pick my son up from school?
