Reasonable parenting time

"Reasonable parenting time rights" means the parents have the responsibility for setting up a mutually agreed upon schedule for parenting time, which is reasonable under the circumstances. if you cannot mutually agree to a parenting time schedule, the Ingham County friend of the Court has adopted the following policy:

Reasonable Rights of parenting Time

ALTERNATE WEEKENDS: Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

ALTERNATE HOLIDAYS

SUMMER PARENTING TIME: two weeks during summer months.

To mother on Mother's Day, father on Father's Day.

Additional Time as agreed by parties.

Transportation provided by parent exercising right or as directed by the Court.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions and/or concerns you may contact me by e-mail or phone directly.
