Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

requirments to give information

I have a hearing scheduled with a referee regarding child care cost reimbusement that i am requesting. I do not have a lawyer, my Ex does. My ex's lawyer sent me a letter requesting me to answer interrogatories. Am I legally required to answers these, or can i wait to state my case at the time of the hearing?

Re: requirments to give information

Greetings; YES, you are required to answer the questions fully and honestly. If you ignore the request, the judge may fine you or just rule in your husband's favor. Either way, you will do your case a lot of harm. I suggest you answer the questions, and at the same time send them a set to answer. The requirement to answer applies equally to them.
