Time frame foe being responsible for bills
In my divorce papers I am responsible for extra curricular activities and healthcare. My ex never gave me all the copays, she just payed some and sent some to me. now she is angry with me because I got custody of one of the boys. She has receipts from medical bills and buying the boys equipment. I payed all ice fees and most equipment. she was told ahead of time that if she toke them shoppping it was on her because I choose what they get if I am buying. My question is can I be responsible for these bills even if they are six years old? Isn't there a time frame that she must file the paper work?

You should get an opinion from your divorce attorney however I'd guess that your judge would not hold you responsible for bills that are 6 years old.
