Legal Question in Medical Leave in Michigan
Do I have to be a US citizen to quailify for FMLA, my mother in law is sick in Albainia and I would like to visit the old country and be able to make my employer have my job for me if I come back. If they will have my job for me when I come back can I collect unemployment for 126 weeks?
