land contract default
our land contract has been defaulted on and I need to know
the legal forms and steps I need to take to get my house
back. This is the second default and I also need to know if I have to take her payment or if I can refuse it at this time and just get out of the land contract

Every land contract is different. Additionally, there may be other issues depending on how much she has actually paid on the contract. Therefore, you should consult with your attorney so that you do not compromise any rights that you may have.
