i obtained a copy of a revolted poa document at michigan frist credit union from county public records in the selling of part of a annuity.in a lawsuit filed in us district court in mi,by the annuity comany asking the court to determine the beneficiary of the annuity because there are several claims to the benefit.in the filing the annuity comany summited a revolted poa with the same name ,date and fax time stamp as the public recrord document as evidence but michigan frist credit union is whited out. is that illegal? this document is important to the case
